Twin Screw Extruders Incorporated and partners have over 30 years experience in the polymer processing industries. This includes continuous melt mixing/compounding technologies, design and process engineering, machine and component manufacturing, sales and after sales services.

Our highly successful table/benchtop CO-ROTATING, INTERMESHING, SELF-WIPING, TWIN SCREW COMPOUNDING EXTRUDERS were first introduced to the plastics industry in 1996. Today our design and manufacturing program includes proprietary laboratory and semiworks compounding and extrusion pelletizing systems as well as serving the replacement parts market for barrels, screws, kneading elements and shafts for other twin screw makes and models. We also rebuild and refurbish twin screw extruders.

TYPICAL TSE TWIN SCREW APPLICATIONS

We are fully committed to the manufacturing, marketing, process support and servicing of the TSE extruder and polymer processing equipment businesses.

Our pilot plant and demonstration facility is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the Polymers Center of Excellence. This facility, featuring 20 MM and 45 MM high power, high speed compounding and extrusion systems, is where customer trials are conducted. These systems are also used (depending on availability and test schedules) as a semiworks production line for toll work.

The TSE EXTRUDERS are fully manufactured in the United States incorporating all North American engineered and manufactured electronic control systems, motors, electric drives, piping, hardware items, and ancillary equipment. Our objective is to supply compounding extrusion systems which offer maximum local serviceability.
